Letter to the Homeowners: 2021-10-29

A petition is being circulated through the neighborhood to call a special meeting of the members. The purpose of this requested meeting is to vote on increasing the annual dues by $360 to support a 30-year lease of the clubhouse facility from Golfco. There is no need for a petition. The Board supports such a meeting once the legally binding terms and conditions are finalized prior to a vote. The following letter reaffirms the Board's position to openness and transparency.
