Letter to the Homeowners: 2021-10-29

A petition is being circulated through the neighborhood to call a special meeting of the members. The purpose of this requested meeting is to vote on increasing the annual dues by $360 to support a 30-year lease of the clubhouse facility from Golfco. There is no need for a petition. The Board supports such a meeting once the legally binding terms and conditions are finalized prior to a vote. The following letter reaffirms the Board's position to openness and transparency. Strategic Planning Committee: Final Report

The 2021 Rock Creek Strategic Plan is out!

The Commitee's charter was to create a 2021 Rock Creek Strategic Plan for resident approval. The plan sets forth strategies for the long-term health and vitality of our POA and neighborhood. This plan shall be used by the Board, its Committees, and Association Management to guide operational and capital budget planning, and day-to-day implementation of these decisions. It will also serve as an educational and communications tool for Board members as well as new owners within Rock Creek.

The Rock Creek Golf Club

The Clubhouse Restaurant Hours of Operation: Monday - Saturday. Lunch is from 10:30 am - 3:00 pm. Sunday Brunch is available in addition to lunch. The bar is open until sundown daily.
